He has successfully led several large scale projects involving Tax Consultancy, Income Tax Services, Company Law Matters, Import Export Consultancy, Financial Services, Societies and Trust Consultancy, Business Process Outsourcing, Auditing and Assurance Services, in Steel, Telecom Equipment, chemical, Pharma, Metal, Government and PSU, E-Commerce and Healthcare industries.Shiv specializes in the matters of Formation of Company in India, viz, Private Ltd., Public Ltd., etc; matters related with Registrar of Companies & Company Law Board. He has a strong hold on consultancy in Tax matters & Tax Planning, TDS & Withholding Tax compliance, Income Tax Appeals before CIT (Appeals) & ITAT. Shiv also has extensive experience in Formation and Registration of Societies and Trusts u/s 12A & 80G of Income Tax Act. Mr. Parkash (B.com, FCA, DISA) , a qualified CA, and a Commerce Graduate, also holds a Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Parkash has vast experience of over 10 years in conducting Management/ Internal Audits, Reviewing Internal Financial Controls as well as designing Internal Financial Controls. He has also gained significant experience in SAP Implementation, Slandered Operating Procedure designing and implementation, Inventory management, Due-diligence studies, Company Law matters, Goods and Service Tax and Company Formation in India. Some of the other primary issues Parkash addresses for clients are Trade Mark/ Copyrights registrations, Certifications, affairs of Not for Profit Organizations, designing of Investment Portfolios etc. He has good knowledge in Statutory Audit and related issues for Banks, Central and State Government undertakings, Manufactures, Service providers. Salvi Gupta (B.com, ACA) a qualified Chartered Accountant, a Masters of Science in Finance from Manchester Business School, and a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University, is an expert in developing Business Plans and driving Growth Strategy related projects for varied sectors, Financial modeling, Business Process Management. She specializes in Financial Modeling, Business Process Management and developing Business Strategies: Growth, Survival, Transformation, Market Entry and Diversification. She has an experience in various industries including Energy, TMT and Education Sectors. Salvi is a keen observer of Transfer Pricing and M&A. She has also authored several research papers that have been acknowledged and published internationally. Most recently, she has been called by IIM, Calcutta, to the Indian Finance conference, 2012, to present a research paper authored by her, ‘Role of Corporate Governance and Institutional Investors in Firm Performance and Employee Compensation’. She has also been the Chief Coordinator of International Conference of CA Students organized by ICAI. Apart from this, Salvi has always been a regular participant at various events held by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is well connected with the members of the institute.

Gunmeet Dua (B.com, FCA) a qualified CA, has an experience of over 8 years in Statutory and Tax Audits, Internal Audits and Tax Deducted/ Collected at Source (TDS/TCS) Compliances. Gunmeet Dua has obtained rich experience in almost every field, such as- Taxation Laws, Company Law, Auditing, Corporate Finance liaison, etc. She handles various issues with equal ease but his core expertise lies in Financial Consultancy, Goods and Service Tax for complex problems.
